Meet the Team Behind the Bar

Clayton and Cruz, our dynamic duo from the beverage team, bring years of experience and passion to the table.


Born and raised in San Francisco, Clayton moved to NYC a decade ago, diving headfirst into the vibrant hospitality scene.


“I’ve been in the industry since I was 19 and have worked across many different kinds of hospitality businesses over the years,” says Clayton.

Cruz notes, “The most interesting thing is that consumers seem to be drinking less, and we have more and more clients inquiring about non-alcoholic cocktails.”

Sip Into Summer: Cocktail Spotlight

Clayton shares one of his favorite summer cocktails—a mezcal negroni that’s as refreshing as it is simple. Here’s the recipe for you to try at home:

White Mezcal Negroni

Ingredients:

  1. 1.5 oz Del Maguey Chichicapa Mezcal
  2. 0.75 oz Salers Gentian
  3. 0.75 oz Dolin Dry Vermouth
  • Glassware: Rocks
  • Garnish: Grapefruit Peel

Preparation:

  1. Build in a mixing glass.
  2. Stir for 15 seconds.
  3. Add a large ice cube, pour over, and express grapefruit oils.
