(It is fun too though, we admit!).

that iconic bell marks the moment, reminding us to cheer each other on.
And it doesn’t stop there. Each week, our company-wide meetings kick off with shoutouts and highlights, giving everyone the chance to recognize their colleagues.

Our Annual
Holiday Toast
On December 13th, we gathered for one of our favorite traditions: the company holiday toast.
It was a moment to reflect on the incredible year we’ve had and look ahead to an even brighter 2025.
As President Gianluca Sardo put it:
"We have grown so much over the past three years, and 2025 will be our best yet. Thank you to the sales team, finance team, operations team, house team, and Studio Productions for being a main reason why The Glasshouse has been so successful."

celebrating the people who make it all happen, from the sales team closing deals to the operations crew keeping every detail seamless.
A Sweet Treat
to Share
No celebration is complete without something sweet, and this year we kept the holiday spirit alive with our favorite hot chocolate recipe! It’s simple, indulgent, and perfect for warming up any cold day.
Hot Chocolate Recipe:
- 4 cups of milk (your choice)
- 1/3 cup of cane sugar
- 2 teaspoons of vanilla
- 1/3 cup of cocoa powder
- 4 ounces of semi-sweet chocolate
- Whisk everything together in a saucepan on low heat until smooth and creamy.
- Pour into mugs, then top with whipped cream, marshmallows, peppermint, or toffee.
- It’s a surefire way to bring a little joy to your next meeting—or just a quiet moment at home.
